Brilliant. It's got a slight Ubuntu look to it (which is a Good Thing, in my book). Look forward to seeing it up and running when you've written the other pages.

Good on you.

You need a kick-ass graphic for your header. How about some of your own art?

Yes, that's a good resource that I'm already aware of - the reviews of the various systems are extremely useful. But for me, testing is much easier on my own PC, with my CSS and PHP editors. I have very particular requirements for the Oakleaf Circle site and haven't found anything yet that completely fits the bill; also I like to customise everything (which is why I love Wordpress's Sandbox theme).

Hi Val

I've enjoyed reading your post, thank you for sharing. I run a small website called Stop That Panic Attack as a way of helping other people overcome their attacks.

I experienced panic attacks early on in marriage, and it took me a couple of years to work out what was happening!

After study and recognising what was happening, I'm now back to normal.

Nice to meet you :)

I agree.

Strangely, in Japan EVERYONE disposes of their rubbish properly, recycling where possible. It's just not the done thing to litter. I think it's part of their hyper-politeness. While there, I saw not one item of rubbish anywhere, except in bins.

Don't worry! I've had my heart thoroughly checked twice now by the local Cardiology Unit, and it's healthy. Two cardiologists have assured me that my type of tachycardia is not harmful. Just a bloody nusiance.
